Tomiwa is a solutions-driven business strategy ​professional who spent over a decade driving ​complex, high-value transformation projects at ​leading global firms such as Goldman Sachs, KPMG, ​and FNZ Group. At FNZ Group, she led M&A ​integrations worth over EUR 250M, ensuring ​strategic alignment and value realization.

At KPMG, she worked on major financial market ​transformations, delivering change initiatives for top ​investment banks. At Goldman Sachs, she supported ​operational transformations, streamlining processes ​and enhancing risk management. Tomiwa excelled ​in risk mitigation, strategic partnership cultivation, ​and change management.

She combined practical experience with formal ​training to deliver efficient program results. She holds ​an MSc in International Business and a BSc in ​Business Economics and Finance, with certifications ​in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and ​Agile Project Delivery.

After exiting corporate, Tomiwa set up her own ​ coaching & consulting practice.

She founded Nine to Freedom - A Business ​Accelerator & Coaching Program in 2020 and over 300 ​women have attended her masterclasses, training ​events, and coaching programs, successfully ​launching businesses and achieving revenue growth.

She trains Women of Color on leadership ​development, product refinement, marketing ​strategies, and sales support.

Tomiwa has helped women step into leadership ​positions and set up revenue-generating businesses in ​just 12 weeks.

She has a proven track record of driving exceptional ​revenue growth for startups, accelerators, and SMEs, ​consistently achieving 20% faster revenue growth for ​sales-focused startups.

She was recently appointed as a Google for Startups ​Accelerator mentor across Europe.

Tomiwa founded Wealthy Woman Inc., a community ​platform to empower women of faith through ​retreats, conferences, podcasts, and workshops on ​business, faith, career, and purpose.

PROJECT F, the corporate social responsibility arm, ​focuses on empowering women and supporting ​community initiatives, including sponsoring education ​for young girls in Nigeria and facilitating internship ​training for young women in the UK.
